The licensees listed below have been found to be in apparent non compliance with regulatory requirements during the current licence term. The following codes A to G identify the requirements with which the licensees are in apparent non compliance: • A: failure to comply with the Radio Regulations, 1986 (the Regulations) relating to the broadcast of French-language vocal music; • B: failure to comply with the condition of licence relating to Canadian talent development (CTD) contributions; • C: failure to comply with the subsection 15(2) of the Regulations relating to Canadian Content Development (CCD) contributions; • D: failure to comply with the Regulations as they relate to devoting 35% or more of musical selections from content category 2 (Popular music) to Canadian selections broadcast in their entirety; • E: Failure to comply with the Regulations as they relate to devoting 10 % or more of musical selections from content category 3 (Special Interest Music) to Canadian selections broadcast in their entirety; • F: failure to comply with subsection 9(2) of the Regulations relating to the provision of annual reports; • G: Failure to comply with subsection 8(6) of the Regulations relating to logger tapes. 2 The codes as they apply to the various licensees are also set out below. The licensees propose to operate their undertakings under the same terms and conditions as specified in the current licences and in the last renewal decisions, with the exception of Canadian talent development requirements which have been replaced by the Canadian content development requirements as set out in Section 15 of the Regulations. The Commission notes that, in addition to the conditions set out in the current licences, the renewed broadcasting licences will be subject to the conditions set out in Conditions of licence for commercial AM and FM radio stations, Broadcasting Regulatory Policy CRTC 2009-62, 11 February 2009. In the list below, stations identified with an asterisk (*) have been monitored by Commission staff. The monitoring report has been placed on each licensee’s public examination file. A copy can be obtained by contacting one of the Commission’s documentation centres.
