The Speaker resumed the Chair at 2.15 pm. 5 SPEAKER'S STATEMENT—DEATH OF TERRY PARKER The Speaker made a statement in relation to the death, on June 2019, of Terry Parker, former Senior Chamber Attendant 204 VOTES AND PROCEEDINGS OF THE NEW SOUTH WALES LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY Tuesday 30 July 2019 6 MINISTERIAL ARRANGEMENT Mr Andrew Constance, on behalf of Ms Gladys Berejiklian, informed the House that the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces would answer questions today in the absence of the Minister for Local Government. 7 DEATH OF BRUCE LAURENCE WEBSTER, A FORMER MEMBER OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY The Speaker informed the House of the death, on 25 July 2019, of Bruce Laurence Webster, a former Member of the Legislative Assembly, and that on behalf of the House, he extended to the family the deep sympathy of the Legislative Assembly in the loss sustained.
