With the FCI Youth initiative we started to take into consideration what youth in cynology wants and expects from us. In 2015, more and more of our members joined those who, for years, have had youth initiatives, developing activities for children, youngsters and young adults. The FCI Youth continues to be in contact with the younger public to keep our promise of counting with them. I assure you that we are listening and taking into consideration their hopes and dreams. 2016 will be a very exciting year for our youth with unique projects that will encourage the participation of youngsters in cynological activities. Our organisation is getting bigger and more relevant than ever. To secure an efficient and modern institution, during the second semester of 2015, I appointed some of the most passionate minds in our sport to the Working Group for Restructuring the FCI. This group will discuss and recommend the role to be played by the FCI in several important matters. I am confident that this group will work intensely to provide solutions that will be positive for cynology, our members and dogs worldwide. The very successful FCI World Dog Show in Milan, together with the FCI Sections Shows in 2015 marked a new path in the history of the FCI.
