Of the total 21 contracts, only one civil works contract has been completed; one goods contract completed; three civil works contracts are under construction; and three service contracts ongoing. It is expected that several contracts will be initiated soon which will support a pick up in project implementation progress. It has been decided to restructure the project to take account of the delays, slow disbursement and reducing some of the project risks.
