Headmaster's welcome Hale School has a proud tradition of boarding that extends back to 1858. Today, as has always been the case, boarding is the foundation of Hale School. One of the many great strengths of this school is that we have students who come from all over our state, the country and, increasingly, the world. The diversity that this brings to Hale is significant and prepares boys well for the increasingly complex world ahead of them. Boarding is an ideal way to prepare young men for the future. The Hale@home programme is the best way to prepare boys about to enter the immersive and educational environment that boarding provides. We recognise that the transition from home to boarding can be challenging. I know that our staff, facilities and programmes are first class – this programme provides another level of reassurance that the transition will be successful. I live on a farm in Bencubbin. I CLAYTON BEAGLEY have two other siblings: Kyle, who is my twin brother and my younger sister Addison, who is 7. I really like Lego and crafts, but gaming is the best! Another thing I like is football: it is so satisfying when you kick a goal for your team. I also have an interest in space. I know lots of space facts and hope to visit NASA one day. Playing with my dog Ellie is also fun. My Dad was a boarder at Hale. I look forward to going to Hale and meetings lots of new people. I can't wait.
