De- spite the infrastructure challenges, our public transportation ridership has increased as people seek affordable transporta- tion options. As recommended by TFAC, we have continued to emphasize modernization, efficiencies, and cost contain- ment. In fiscal year 2010-11, PennDOT: Focused on improving efficiency through administra- tive/consolidation efforts.
