THE TREE PLANTING (VILLAGE AREAS) LAW. CAP. 175. NOTIFICATION MADE UNDER SECTION 17. Lefkoniko (Famagusta) Fund. In exercise of the powers vested in me by section 17 of the Tree Planting (Village Areas) Law, I hereby establish a fund for the village of Lefkoniko in the District of Famagusta (hereinafter called the " Fund") into which shall be paid all fines recovered under the said Law for offences committed within the Tree Planting Area of the village of Lefkoniko as described in the Order of the Commissioner of Famagusta published in Supplement No. 3 to the Cyprus Gazette No. 3796 of the 16th December, 1954, under Notification No. 702. The Fund shall be under the management and control of the Com­ missioner of Famagusta for the time being.
