Stephens Jr. And: 4 Persons PUBLIC HEARING Supervisor Hay made a motion to open the Public Hearing and waive the reading of the Public Notice. Councilwoman Eckardt seconded. All in favor. Chapter 72 – Farmers Market Supervisor Hay stated that the County asked to change some of the wording in our Farmers Market Law. There was no Public or Town Board comment. Supervisor Hay made a motion to close the Public Hearing and Councilman Alvarez seconded. All in favor. WORK SESSION Discussion – Road Name Roth Subdivision Town Assessor Laurie Bell asked the Town Board to approve the new road name within the Roth Subdivision to be Pear Court, in keeping with the names of the rest of the subdivision. The Town Board agreed. Discussion – Road Name Baker Farm Subdivision Town Assessor Laurie Bell asked the Town Board to approve the new road name for the Baker Subdivision as Enoch Lane since its access is of Enoch Crosby Road. The Town Board agreed. Discussion – Road Name Private Road Off Birch Hill Road Town Assessor Laurie Bell asked the Town Board to approve the name Trail View Terrace for the four parcels sharing a driveway off Birch Hill Road. The Town Board agreed. Discussion – Town Facilities Policy There was a Town Board discussion about establishing protocol and procedure for Town owned facilities. It is a separate policy from the use of the Courtroom policy. The draft resolution was reviewed and the Town Board will review it more and make some changes if they choose to. Councilwoman Eckardt made a motion to waive the rules to discuss the email they received about the staging of fill for the EOH project in Brewster Heights. Supervisor Hay seconded. All in favor. There was a discussion that all staging of fill on Town property should be approved by the Town Board.
