This offer includes master programmes in the five branches of knowledge with a profile that covers degrees which enable access to regulated professions, programmes with a strong re- search orientation, and also professionally-oriented programmes. In general terms, provided programmes are completed on a full time basis, they have a minimum duration of one academic year (60 ECTS credits) and a maximum duration of two academic years (120 ECTS credits). Furthermore, master programmes are required to access PhD studies. The University of Oviedo has established a pre-registration deadline – except for the Erasmus Mundus Master Programmes, which have their own deadline and registration procedures, which are available on their own websites. In order to pre-register in a Master´s Degree, candidates must hold a Bachelor´s Degree that qualifies the holder to access master studies. In case of students who haven´t finished their studies yet, admission will be subject to obtaining such degree before the registration deadline. In any case, it is highly recommended that candidates check the access and admission requirements of each programme before starting the application process.
