University of Sarajevo Education has a main role in the economic and social development of a human, where internationalization has a significant contribution to it. Internationalization of education contributes to improving its quality and youth employment on a global work market. Internationalization is mentioned as a physical mobility, academic cooperation and transfer of academic knowledge, as well as institutional partnership, joint studies and also international education and other sorts of CBC (Cross-border cooperation). This means a new way of communication and interaction among countries with aim of adopting intercultural knowledge and competencies. In the frame of internationalization, mobility’s segment of students, teachers and associates is of exceptional importance for many reasons: strengthening the quality of programs and excellence of research, strengthening the academic and cultural internationalization of European higher education, cooperation and competition among higher education institutions. At the same time, mobility has become a symbol of a European area of Higher education that is initiated to enable easier recognition and mobility inside Europe, as well with the aim to strengthen cooperation of European countries with Non-European Countries. The University of Sarajevo possess specific strength that is based on, before all, its academic tradition and academic culture of activities and openness to the world and thanks to that, even during the hardest times, University of Sarajevo didn’t stop performing, and during the moments when physical movement was impossible there were always some ways to feel influence and spirit of international activities. Today, this institution is investing a significant effort in following European area in the development of Higher education and also it is being part of it as a participant. Maximum efforts are made for providing access and participation in international projects because these activities are followed by financial incentives measures that individual institutions would not have access to free association with other Higher education institutions, nor they can draw it from national funds. By its nature, international activities are more complex than domestic ones. Internationalization is impossible without a wide palette of support services. Institutions are different when it comes to their activities due to foreign languages courses and domestic language course for foreign students, as well as accommodation for foreign
