Two teams of multidisciplinary experts have been dispatched to the two institutions, with the objective of positioning them as leaders on their respective markets. The TA at both institutions aims to modernize internal policy, systems and procedures, allowing the institutions to (i) function more efficiently in terms of client prospection, market research, risk management, strategic planning and (ii) broadening their client-base thanks to more innovative and adapted products.
