It is our desire that through this training we can work together as a professional team to continue to administer fair and honest election and uphold the high standards for which Harris County is known nationwide. The right to vote is one of our most precious and fundamental rights as citizens of this great county. You have an opportunity to uphold this tradition and extend to the voters of Harris County the opportunity to exercise their patriotic duty to vote and be secure in the knowledge that their vote not only counts, but is secure.
