Trekking Camps Soonwaldsteig Equipment Recommendation Since the camps are located a bit away from streets, towns and other infrastructure you should take along common trekking equipment. Booking confirmation Please do not forget to print your booking confirmation and carry it with you. Hiking maps For orientation, we recommend using a 1:25,000 scaled hiking map. For the Soonwald-Nahe Nature Reserve there is a set of maps available, "Naturpark Soonwald-Nahe" (2nd edition 2012, ISBN 978-3-89637-376-2) which can be purchased from the Federal State Office for Surveying and Geo Information Rhineland Palatinate for € 21.90.
