Indiana Library Budgets At Risk! HB 1343 is up for amend and vote on Thursday, March 28, 2019, by the Indiana Senate Local Government Committee. HB1343 is a bill that could give control of library budgets to city/county councils. This bill could specifically give those bodies the power to reduce library budgets and reallocate those funds.
