The report presents the preliminary findings, assessment and recommendations to the review. It will be discussed at the 17th meeting of the RPC on 8 November 2017. Delegates are invited to: DISCUSS the assessment and recommendations of the review in light of their own efforts towards strengthening regulatory policy and governance; SUGGEST policies and practices that could provide some guidance to Slovenia as it strengths its own regulatory policy and governance; APPROVE the recommendations of the review aimed at supporting Slovenia’s efforts towards supporting regulatory policy and governance.
