Specifically we are looking for a Volunteer Engagement Associate Director/Portfolio Lead and several Volunteer Engagement Team Members. • The Volunteer Engagement Associate Director/Portfolio Lead: – Builds and leads the VE Team to support the attraction, recruitment, and retention of our 70+ volunteers – Implements the Board’s Volunteer Engagement Strategy – Is a member of the PMIQ Leadership Team • The Volunteer Engagement Team Members: – Manage all interactions and engagement with candidate and established volunteers, supporting them through the lifecycle of their work as volunteers.
