The clients are influential in the public sphere and entertain frequently and therefore required something magnificent, to make an impressive entrance. I think we fulfilled the brief, and then some! Claudio © kima-uk.com kima-uk.com CHELSEA CONSERVATION AREA | SW3 Walton St. A very challenging project with a triple Size: 604 sq.m / 6500 sq.ft basement in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. I relished the opportunity to use many different types of natural stone – more than 15 in all. The results are without a doubt spectacular. We turned it from being just a flat to a warm and welcoming pied-a-terre. Claudio We carefully combined and detailed various stones, leather wallcovering, Murano glass chandeliers, back-lit onyx, etc. along with an eye-catching cantilevered stair and loose furniture to great effect. It was an exciting opportunity to select only the best, most dramatic and impressive pieces. I think it adds an amazing dimension to the finished interiors. ( Could be changed better) Very eclectic and fun project Karina © kima-uk.com kima-uk.com IVY LODGE | MAIDA VALE | W9 © kima-uk.com kima-uk.com THURLOE AND SMITH’S CHARITY CONSERVATION AREA | SW3 Brompton Road Size: 150 sq.m / 1615 sq.ft We were inspired by a Victorian pharmacy shop picture , with all little drawers, knobs and wooden panels, we loved how detailed it was, which we reflected on shop front design , we even suggested traditional owning which we though suits best this street, next door to Harrods . There now hangs an elegant chandelier with tinted crystals over the bed. And to complete the room there is a fireplace with intimate seating and a desk with a rooftop view. My ideal.
