WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION The People's Republic of China warmly welcomes all participants to the APEC 2014 First Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM1) and Related Meetings. The APEC China 2014 Organizing Committee is committed to providing a program of meetings and activities that will enable delegates to effectively carry out their work while enjoying their stay in Ningbo. This Administrative Circular provides current meeting information as well as comprehensive details about administrative procedures, meeting logistics and requirements for the participants. Requests for clarification or additional information can be channeled to the APEC China 2014 Organizing Committee via the email address provided in Section 4. Amendments to this Circular (if any) will be issued as necessary and sent via email to each APEC Economy through its Delegation Liaison Officer.
