Clients currently comprise participants in a wide range of renewable technologies including wind (Granville Harbour Wind Farm), solar and hydrogen (cients currently confidential). PROJECT | Capital Works Program Management and Recovery Client: Tasmania Networks (TasNetworks) Role/Services: Program and Planning Coordination and Management Services Engaged by the Client to initially provide services to review and progress the development of an improved program management, coordination and reporting system and processes for their Transmission capital works program. The success of this initial engagement led to an extension of the scope of works to include the assumption of the full-time role of Program Coordination and Reporting Team Leader while the company recruited a new incumbent. This encompassed the existing work in the Transmission network as well as Program Management of all works in the Distribution network. Upon appointment to this role it was further expanded to include the responsibility to lead the newly established Distribution Recovery Program Team, a multidisciplinary team drawn from across the business with the aim of completing an extensive review of the End-to-End process for the delivery of Distribution works, an area where many concerns had recently been identified. Following the transition of this role back to a full-time employee, successfully oversaw detailed management of the transmission program of works and successfully achieved FY CAPEX spend for first time in history of TasNetworks. Finally provided management services to assist in the preparation of the Project Delivery and Contract team for the adoption of SAP as its primary works management tool. PO BOX 40 / 38 TANNERY ROAD LONGFORD TASMANIA, 7301 PROJECT | Supplementary Generation 2016 M: +61 409 029 591 Client: Hydro Tasmania E: [email protected] Role/Services: Site and Commissioning Manager Hydro Tasmania along with the Tasmanian Government determined that additional generation was required to supplement the existing electricity network which was experiencing severe constraints through historically low inflows into Hydro Tasmania’s dams. This natural occurrence was exacerbated by a fault in the Basslink interconnector took nearly seven months to rectify. Engaged directly by the Client to provide management for the deployment, commissioning, operation and demobilisation of diesel generation at two geographically diverse locations in Tasmania along with commissioning management and engineering support for the deployment of a third site comprising gas turbine generation. This included management and acceptance of all contractors’ works to meet project intent and outcomes, along with detailed liaison with stakeholders, including TasNetworks for the acquisition, management and return of deployment sites. PROJECT | Engineering and Project Management Support Client: Hydro Tasmania Role/Services: Engineer and Project Manager Engaged directly by the Client’s Asset and Infrastructure Group to provide assistance in the development and management of: • Asset Compliance Improvement Delivery Project; and • Business Process Improvement Initiative.
