PURPOSE The purpose of this tender process is to procure Tender Offers from contractors to perform all works, services and supply all goods required in connection with Tender for The Supply, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU). 2. Kindly refer to Appendices for power station/substation layout. Tenderers are reminded to visit the site to ascertain the site condition and works to be carried before tendering . Lump Sum Power Station Visualization Software includes: The measurement value and status will be display on existing WAMS HMI with special page for the generator and customers load feeder parameter measurement. The measured parameter will include: a. Active Power b. Reactive Power c. Frequency d. Voltage e. Current f. Circuit Breaker Status Users shall be able to select views to be displayed on the screen for example, related power station data. Data in this workstation shall be stored for 2 years in a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) manner. The same visualization is required for WAMS Cli ent Workstation at Bakun S/S but in view mode only. Tenderer should note that incomplete entry of this Schedule will be treated as a non-compliance with Tender requirements and might influence the course of Tender Evaluation. Tenderer should complete in full all the particulars and guarantees for each type of equipment listed in the Schedules. Tenderers must be manufacturers or their accredited agents. Tenderers must provide an original copy of the Agency Letter for the item offered. Please provide User or Operations Manual, Sales Records and all technical particulars together with the relevant Catalogues/Brochures. All prices quoted shall be exclusive of Taxes and Duties but shall include delivery to site. Incomplete tenders will run the risk of being rejected. The Corporation does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Tender, nor to assign any reason for the rejection of any Tender.
