All types of activities being offered by the company on the island especially dive activities / Sipadan trip is subjected to weather conditions / poor visibility and also diver's own physical status (e.g.: injuries, intoxication, hangovers, and etc). Therefore, we reserve the final decision and rights to either proceed or abort any activities / dives for any safety reason. 2 times postponement of dates is subjected to room availability until 31st December 2021. Advance notice at least TWO weeks before original check-in date. For booking of 2 pax, it must comply with existing land and boat schedule available. Otherwise the booking can possibly be rescheduled or cancelled. Paid booking will be refunded in full if booking is being cancelled in such circumstance. Special Condition: In the event if the situation is affected by COVID-19 outbreak and domestic travel prohibited by Government of Malaysia to Sabah from West Malaysia OR/AND out from Sabah to West Malaysia, the paid booking will be fully refunded OR postponed to a later date. Top-up Package: Fun Day Trip from Mataking Island Island Hoping Excursions:- Sipadan Island (Diving / Snorkeling Trip) Promotion Price: Boat fee is at RM 900 per boat per trip (must fulfill maximum 6 permits per day). Any reservation that does not meet the requirement of 6 permits per day, the boat fee will be charged at normal rate which is RM 1,380. Additional Surcharge: Please be informed that the current Sipadan Permit fee is NON REFUNDABLE / RM 140 per person per day entry (subject to Sabah Park changes). Snorkelling guide or Dive Master / Dive Instructor will be provided during the trip. Excludes diving / snorkelling equipment. It takes 80 minutes of speed boat ride to get to Sipadan Island from Mataking Island. The Sipadan Agreement Form will be given out to ALL confirmed guests for Sipadan upon arrival at reception hall during registration.
