The master plan provides the opportunity to create six hectares of new open space across the site and continue the design language of landscaped mounds from Sydney Park further south. The achievement of the complete master plan solution is subject to the future M4-M5 Link and Sydney Gateway projects. Sites within the interchange have been allocated for construction staging of these two projects and the ultimate design of resultant land would be subject to separate planning processes.
