BCU Three Star White Water: Assessment Length: 1 Day (at a max ratio of 1:6) Pre-requisites Evidence (use a log-book) of AT LEAST: 8-10 paddling sessions (minimum 40 hours) in varied locations where possible; this should include evidence of having paddled grade 2 water. You should be using your log book to record all relevant experience on moving water.
