CAROUSEL Rodgers & Hammerstein’s timeless musical Carousel comes to life in a new production. Set in a small New England factory town, Carousel describes the tragic romance between a troubled carnival barker and the young woman who gives up everything for him. It meets a growing need in New York City for reasonably priced housing with quality supportive services for people age 55 and over. CARNEGIE EAST HOUSE With 97 apartments on Second Avenue near 95th Street, provides enriched housing with an array of special services for people age 55 and over who need assistance with their activities of daily living.
