Never overload the Sterilizer, sterilization may never be achieved. 2. LIQUID cycles are only for the sterilization of Liquids, DO NOT USE ANY OTHER CYCLE for Liquids. 3. When processing LIQUIDS, use containers with vented closures..do not use ordinary glass bottles or any containers not designed for this purpose. 4. NEVER sterilize sealed containers in a cycle other than a LIQUIDS cycle, rapid pressure changes in other cycles can cause explosive results. 5. NEVER obstruct the drains in the bottom of the chamber, always load in a manner where no objects will touch or move to chamber walls. 6. ALWAYS use “hot gloves” when loading or unloading the sterilizer, before or after a cycle…. ALWAYS assume the door, walls, racks, and/or gurney are HOT! 7. ALWAYS place “hot gloves” on the ends of a loading cart to indicate to others that the cart and labware are HOT!
