This week you will experience a mere taste of three types of music from this diverse decade. ● MOTOWN - This Detroit-based record label signed many African-American musicians. ● THE BRITISH INVASION - All of a sudden, many British music acts became incredibly popular among American teenagers. ● FOLK ROCK - Old folk music + modern thoughts + electric instruments Your task: Choose one song in each of the three categories below (for a total of three songs.) ​ ​ ​ Find and listen to all three.
