Bright cherry flavors with fig and cranberry on the nose. Finishes with hints of plum, red currant, and cumin. 29. Red Blend – 2017 Clesi, “Son of a Son”, Paso Robles 2.50 10.00 31.00 54% Sangiovese, 41% Aglianico, and 5% Barbera. Sangiovese, a Tuscan varietal, is not widely produced in California, and is a lighter bodied wine with bright acidity. Aglianico is originally from Greece and adds complexity. GSM – 2017 League of Rogues “Absent Minded Professor”, Paso Robles 2.75 11.00 35.00 Made from 54% Mourvedre and 46% Grenache, This medium Rhone style wine features California fruit, with characteristics of Bing Cherry, spice and mocha. Well-balanced with soft tannins, lively fruit and natural acidity. 34. Barbera – 2017 Bella Grace Vineyards, Amador County 3.75 15.00 42.00 Rich and ripe, this wine offers lush black-plum aromas, a palate-coating texture, ripe but not sweet cherry flavors and a soft velvety mouthfeel. For a varietal known for its acidity, this wine is surprisingly soothing to sip. 35. Red Blend – 2017 ONX “Indie Riot”, Paso Robles 3.75 15.00 42.00 A blend of several grapes consisting mostly of Grenache 24%, Malbec 23%, 16% Syrah and 14% Petite Verdot with several other varietals mixed in to give a rich color and flavors of bacon jam and dark chocolate. 36. Red Blend – 2017 Alma de Cattleya, Sonoma County 3.75 15.00 42.00 60% Syrah, 35% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich and smooth with lush flavors of blackberries and black currant. Super smooth tannins with Cocoa and vanilla on the finish. Only 275 cases produced. 37. Syrah – 2012 Saxon Brown, Sonoma Coast 3.75 15.00 42.00 Wonderful violet, lavender and dark exotic fruits are showcased in this classic style Syrah from the Sonoma Coast. The palate leads to tart berry flavors and a dark chocolate finish. 38. Syrah – 2017 Falcone, Paso Robles 3.75 15.00 42.00 This well-balanced Syrah offers aromas of dark cherries and boysenberry. Cabernet Sauvignon – 2016 Diviner, Santa Ynez Valley 4.00 16.00 44.00 This fruit forward, full bodied wine shows off flavors of dark fruits like boysenberry and blueberry that marry together with herbal notes of dill and rosemary. 40. Cabernet Sauvignon – 2016 Silver Ghost, Napa Valley 4.75 19.00 51.00 Complex aromas of black cherry, smoked herbs and coffee on the nose lead to a rich mouthfeel, well-integrated tannins and velvet fruit flavors. 41. Juicy and inviting, with elegant tannins and an exceptionally long finish. 45.
