
2013 JOURNAL OF THE SENATE 2049 Addenda Motions and Communications Subsequent to the final adjournment of the Regular Session of the Legislature, the following communication was received: Department of State December 13, 2013 This will acknowledge receipt of the initiative petition entitled “An initiation of legislation to enact the abortion insurance opt-out act; to require the purchase of coverage for elective abortion in a health care plan to be by an optional rider only; required notice to employees for whom elective abortion coverage is purchased by their employer; and provide penalties for violations of this act,” which was adopted by the Michigan Senate on December 11, 2013 and filed with this Department on December 12, 2013.
