We do this by providing jazz education, developing and supporting Chicago musicians, and building audiences for Chicago jazz. Engagement in the arts encourages a lifelong application of creative thinking. The JIC Jazz Links education programs empower an ever-growing community of teachers and students through colloboration, experiential learning, professional development and direct connections to Chicago's rich jazz legacy. Our Education Programs are designed in partnership with Chicago Public School music teachers who serve on our Teachers Advisory Council.
