Don't look at me!" The suspect then ordered him to walk with him to the 1st Choice Credit Union & to withdraw $200. It came back as insufficient funds. The suspect was last seen running through a cut off that leads to E. Confederate Ave near Trestletree apartments. >Suspect: B/M, 15 to 18 years old, short black hair, no facial hair, ~ 5'8", skinny, wearing a white T-shirt & camo shorts. 2 Aggravated Assault: 5 – Week Total Crime Problems/Patterns/Series Aggravated Assaults were up 60% for the COBRA week, even 0% for the 28-day, and up 1% for the year-to-date. He saw the 2 arrestee's walking down the sidewalk drinking beer accompanied by other males. Ofc. Gilstrap confronted the 2 arrestee's, showed them his City of Atlanta Police badge & asked for their ID's. They became angry & Ofc. Gilstrap called for backup. As he returned to his personal vehicle the 2 arrestee's followed him & 1 paced back & forth in front of his car. Ofc. Gilstrap attempted to detain that arrestee as the arrestee resisted; he took the arrestee to the ground to gain control. As he was doing so, he was hit in the head with an unknown object (by unknown persons) & punched in the head by the other arrestee, who also continued to jab the crutch at him in a threatening manner. Ofc. Gilstrap punched him back & was then hit in the head with a crutch. He was now surrounded by a group. He pulled his secondary weapon & ordered the group to get back. Backup then arrived. The suspect was @CLAREMONT asked to leave & the victim walked out to the suspect's car when the suspect pulled HOTEL a handgun & pointed it at the victim while shouting at the victim.
