We have a philosophy of supporting our members in all aspects of life with our sphere of influence extending far beyond the sporting field. This focus allows us to continue to evaluate our structures, facilities, coaching resources and player development opportunities. SFCC has a social purpose far greater than the sporting field and as the current custodians at the Club, your Committee continue to work hard to deliver on our purpose. With a high quality Committee devoting time and energy to our Club, we have again been able to deliver on our brand, being highly competitive whilst playing cricket in the right spirit with respect from the community. The Committee has ensured we maintained financial discipline, player engagement, high quality facilities and high standards of behaviours. Many thanks to you for your support, contribution and companionship during the season. The club welcomed Dermot Reeve as our head coach and with a positive attitude, Dermot worked hard with the boys on their mental application to achieving success. Dermot was well supported by the pre- eminent bowling coach, Mr Ken Lilly. We also welcomed back Liam Davis who took on the reigns as our batting coach and in his quiet and positive manner, built a strong rapport with the playing group to support them in improving their game. Our Cubs were outstanding in the current year with all grades being highly competitive and the 13’s and 14’s finishing on top of their division and having the opportunity to play in finals cricket. A huge vote of thanks to all of the players for playing such a rich brand of cricket with the Subi spirit that will hold you in good stead in all aspects of life. The players were spoilt with the quality of coaching, support
