If you can’t get your Powerline Adapters to connect, you should try the following: 1. Make sure your Powerline Adapters are not plugged in to any extension cables. 2. Press the PAIR button on one Adapter for 2-3 seconds (the Power LED will start blinking after you release the button). Within 2 minutes press the PAIR button on the second Adapter for between 2-3 seconds. 3. If they do not pair, move the Adapters to sockets in the same room and repeat step 2. 4. If that doesn’t work, press the Reset button (using a safety pin or something similar) on each Adapter for 1 second. The Powerline LED light on both Adapters should then appear solid.
