A Flight Sergeant is typically under the direct command of a Flight Commander. The duties or the Flight Sergeant usually include drilling the flight, knowing the status of all the flight members during the meetings and other activities, keeping tabs on flight members' testing progress, and relaying information from the Flight Commander.
