EDITOR'S PAGE The quarterly meeting of the Northeast Alabama Genealogical Society will be held on Saturday, July 19, 1969 at the Holiday Inn, Gadsden, Alabama. Mr. Clarence F. Rhea, a prominent Gadsden attorney, will speak on "Old Laws vs New Laws, And How Laws May Affect Genealofical Research." Details on the meeting have already been mailed to you. Mark your calendar that the Annual Meeting of the Society is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 1969* Further informa­ tion will be mailed later. A Family Exchange Listing is planned for issuance in October 1969. This will be in addition to the October issue of the Quarterly. Both members and non-members are urged to submit a listing of the family names in which they are interested for inclusion in this Listing. The price of the Family Exchange Listing will be 01.00 per copy and this should be sent in with your listing.
