As you browse this guide, which is organized around Cornell’s Seven Dimensions of Wellbeing model pictured below, you’ll find many resources cross-referenced in multiple dimensions. This illustrates the multifaceted nature of wellbeing. It is often non-linear in nature, and our most important elements shift as our work and Mary Opperman personal lives evolve.
