Following developments with the COVID-19 outbreak in December 2019, the movement of cargo and personnel has been (and continues to be) affected. Whilst OSRL have positioned equipment and response staff globally, contingency measures adopted by different Governments may result in a more complex logistics work flow during a response. This, in conjunction with existing geopolitical events, requires OSRL to maintain close contact with a network of 3rd Party Logistics Organisations and Travel Management Specialists to ensure the safest, most efficient response can be achieved. This document is split into 2 broad sections: • Identification of key risks, activity disruptions with mitigation methods
