This ensured Riesling retained its fresh, natural acidity and vibrant flavours. This was one of the earliest vintages on record, with all varieties showing excellent varietal definition. Cellaring Potential :: Katnook Estate Riesling has a track record of cellaring for 8-12 years, developing wonderful toasty, lime characters. It is equally enjoyable as a younger wine. Fresh flavours of lemon, lime, delicate florals together with refreshing minerality linger through the palate, leading to a crisp, dry finish.
