EDUCATORS APPRECIATION NIGHT: This annual event recognizes the 2009 Teacher of the Year in Miami-Dade; Broward and Palm Beach. Jacquelle E. Sconiers of the Juvenile Justice Center School (Miami-Dade); Nicole Marsala of Coral Springs Middle School (Broward) and Michael L. Horgan of William T.
