All the districts have coveyed details of relief camps and safe evacuations made by them; PDMA accordingly generated Safe Evacuation Report (SER). Discrepancies in PROVISIONAL Safe Evacuation Report (SER) may exist with total evacuation figures since many families prefer to take refuge with family members/relatives living at safer places/adjoining districts and not in the designated relief camps setup by the Government.
