(I) Where are the various offices of the Department for Aboriginal Affairs (DAA) in Perth located? (2) Have any of the staff ofDAA declared any interest in any matter since July 2002 to the current date? (3) If yes to (2), who and on what matter? (4) Who within the DAA in Perth has a government supplied vehicle, please include their employment level or public service classification? (5) Who within the DAA in Perth has a government supplied parking space, please include their employment level or public service classification? (6) Of the parking spaces provided in (5), where are they located and at what cost per annum? (7) Have any of the members of the Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee (ACMC) or staff, ex officio or not, of the DAA declared any interest in any matter since July 2002 to the current date? (8) If yes to (7), who and on what matter? (9) Do members ofthe ACMC make a statutory declaration of interest in matters covering their existing or former employment? (10) If yes to (9), what is the process for this? (11) If no to (9), what process is used to test against any existing interests? (12) What are the names, roles, location and level of employment or public service classification of all DAA staff in Perth? (13) What is the organisational and administrative structure ofDAA staff in Perth? (14) Are members of the ACMC provided with any remuneration? (15) If yes to (14), what is the amount? (16) Where does the ACMC meet? (17) Are members of the ACMC provided with a government supplied parking space? (18) If yes to (17), for what purpose and at what cost per annum? To gather this information, especially over a number of years, would be a significant impost on the staff resources in the Department. As part of the building lease arrangement the Department of Aboriginal Affairs pays a fee of $148,863 per annum for the parking spaces. This is a fixed annual cost and is not based on usage. (7) Yes.
