(Des patch 3 l st March He was given a compas si nate o allowance of R s . 50 a month . S ince then he has been an uncompromising opponent of the system of Government under which f - he failed . He is the father o anti British agitation in Bengal , especially among the student community with whom he has great influence . He founded the R a nd ipon College , it was at a meeting held in this college on 1 7th Ju ly 1 9 05 that the boycott movement l was inaugurated in Be nga . Mitter - s r in the anti partition demon t ation in C alcutta . 7 SAC HIN D RA PRASAD BOS E (O F CALCUTTA) . Born about 1 883 . Belongs to the Jessore dis tr ct of i (Bengal) . At the time the partition he was f a student in the 4th year class o the City College . In 1 905 he made speeches suggesting that all stu dents should leave their schools unless the Govern a ment Circular , issued in that ye r , against their par tici ation p in politics was withdrawn , and he after wards organised the Anti - Circular S ocie ty in m 1 9 1 9 the sa e connection . In 06 and 07 he visited many places in both Bengals supporting the boycott in strong language and organising Volunteer societies . 1 a hindr K .
