There is a lot of good eating, friendly visits and starry-eyed planning for the year ahead. Just as sleep is necessary for our body, similarly holidays are important for relaxation and change for they provide relief from the monotony of our daily routine and they are important for our mental and emotional well-being. Holidays give us a break from our routine and help us to refresh ourselves and go back to work with renewed energy however, they are not only meant for enjoying but also for pursuing our hobbies and interests. For us, holidays are also meant to recharge our batteries.
