Message 1.1 Message of the Government Agent / District Secretary – Jaffna Allocated for rural infrastructure development programme in 15 Divisional Secretariat Division by the Ministry of National Policies and Economic Affairs in order to upgrade the livelihood and infrastructure of the public.
