On top of that I was severely over charged. I called ahead and asked for an appointment less than a haircut (since I only needed a 10 minute trim), but I was put with a more expensive stylist and still charged the $45 haircut fee (even though I didn't want a wash or style). I will not be coming back to this salon if this is how they treat people with special requests. I am grateful for the protein treatment advice I was given. I wanted to support my local businesses but if this is what I can expect for the price I paid I would rather go to a Hair Cuttery....
