Marine Weather Bulletin – National A strong warning remains in force for all Weather Forecasting, Nadi @ 2.41pm Fiji Waters. 18/12/16 SITUATION The Special Weather Bulletin No. 31: a heavy rain previously in force for Vanua Levu, Taveuni, Lau and Lomaiviti group is now cancelled. Hydrology Report 1 Tabulated below is the hydrology report for the whole of Fiji. They explicitly indicate the major stations and sources for the major rivers in Fiji. 3.0 Status Summary 2 3.1 Evacuation Centers Evacuation Centres in all the four Divisions are opened to receive evacuees from affected areas. A total of 59 Evacuation Centers are currently billeting a total of 790evacuees. The NEOC will continue to monitor developing situation. 3 4.0 DIVISIONAL PROGRESSIVE UPDATES 4.1 CENTRAL DIVISION Rain has subsided in many areas of the Central Division. Flash flooding and landslides are increasing as a result. Evacuation Centres are increasing due to the massive flash floods in Tailevu North.
