Deposits may be transferred to a different venue or office within Suffolk, but a £40 administration fee will be incurred. To transfer a deposit you MUST specify a location, date and time. If you are unable to do this the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit lost. Refunds Our policy for the refund of fees where the balance for the ceremony has been paid in full are as follows:- If you cancel more than 12 weeks before your ceremony, the balance of fees (less the deposit) you have paid will be repaid to you. If the ceremony is cancelled between 8 and 12 weeks before the date of your ceremony, 50% of the balance (less the deposit) will be repaid to you. If the ceremony is cancelled up to 8 weeks before the date of your ceremony, there will be no refund given. .
