Public transport and rail links Bus routes 51 and 54/54A, operated by Stagecoach, run a short distance from the site, along Dittons Road/ Pevensey Road. Route 54 provides an hourly service between Eastbourne and Uckfield, while the 51 provides morning and evening services between Eastbourne, Hailsham and Heathfield. Polegate railway station provides two services per hour to Eastbourne, Hastings, Brighton, and London and is located within walking and cycling distance of the site.
