rooftop of The Star with views over Sydney Harbour and the city skyline, the $100 million Star Event Centre has hosted many exciting and elaborate A-list events including the AACTA Awards, the X-Factor auditions, the World War-Z premiere and the ARIA Awards. Multi-use in every sense, The Star Event Centre has varying capacities for each function type including up to 960 for banquets, 2,000 for cocktail receptions and 1,500 for theatre style events which can be broken down into two sides each with a capacity of approximately 600. The plenary space offers flexible solutions and can hold 700 for theatre style set ups with quick access to the main floor of the Event Centre for seated dinner or exhibition. The 1,077 square metre column-free space also offers pre-function lobby space for up to 800 guests.
