TRAINING AND FORMATION 1.1 University And Post-University Training 2017 - National Scientific Habilitation Degree (ASN) as University Associate Professor. 1999 - National Habilitation Degree as English Language, Literature and Culture Teacher in High School. 1995-1997 - Post-PhD in Albanology at the University of Calabria. 1991-1994 - PhD in Albanology (VI Cycle) at the University of Calabria (1991-1993). 1994 - PhD degree (Rome, June 4, 1994) after discussing the doctoral dissertation: “Linguistic Continuity and Fragmentation: the vexata quæstio of the vocalic isophones in the Arbëresh speaking Area in northern Calabria”. 1990 - National Habilitation Degree as Albanian Language, Literature and Culture Teacher for Secondary Schools. 1986 - University Bachelor degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures, achieved with praise and dignity of publication, after having discussed the first Experimental Phonetics Dissertation at the University of Calabria with the title: “A Model for a discreet Analysis of three Italo-Albanian dialects: vocalism, electro-acoustic analysis et alia” (under the direction of Prof. John Trumper, and with prof. Belluscio, Curriculum and Publications, last update 20190716 2 2000- current - Scientific Researcher in Albanian Language and Literature at the University of Calabria. 1999 - Albanian Language and Literature Teacher at the Liceo Classico Statale in San Demetrio Corone (Italy). 1997-2000 - Adjunct Professor of Albanian Dialects of Southern Italy at the University of Lecce Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature 1995-1998 - Albanian Language and Literature Cultorate at the Faculty of Literatures and Philosophy of the University of Calabria. 1.3 Current Research Activities Priority is the coclusion of the phonetic study of all the spoken Albanian dialects in Southern Italy, a project already started with the university dissertation and continued with the PhD Dissertation. A Project started in 2012 on the distribution of the paraliturgical chants of the Holy Week, known as Kalimere, ethnomusicological and linguistic-textual analysis, in collaboration with the Ph.D. O. Gerlach. Till now only Calabrian-Albanian varieties have been studied; soon the project will be continued with other dialects of other Regions. The aim of the project is to publish some monographic volumes with recorded materials attached (CD). A linguistic monograph on the dialect of the Arbëresh community of San Basile, including a diachronic dialect analysis with a collection of sample texts and a dictionary is ready to be published. Textual analysis and an electronic lexical concordance of the drama Emira by Francesco Antonio Santori, manuscript written in 1862 ca. 1984-1986 - Field research, with acquisition of new recorded materials in the Italian-Albanian communities of Frascineto, Lungro and San Basile. 1988: Field research, with acquisition of new recorded materials in the Italian-Albanian community of Plataci. 1991-1994 - Field research, with acquisition of new recorded materials in the Italian-Albanian communities of Acquaformosa, Lungro, Firmo, San Basile, Frascineto, Eianina, Plataci, Castroregio, Farneta and Spezzano Albanese. 2004-2005 - Field research, with acquisition of new recorded materials in the Italian-Albanian communities of Vena di Maida and Caraffa di Catanzaro. 2005 -Field research, with acquisition of new recorded materials in the community of San Marzano di San Giuseppe (TA) and Casalvecchio di Puglia. 2006 - Field research, with acquisition of new recorded materials in the community of Ururi (CB). 2007 - August: Field research, with acquisition of new recorded materials, to be used for the linguistic description of the dialectal varieties of Thethi, Vermosh, Boga, (Northwestern Albania) 2012 - September Field research, with acquisition of new recorded materials for the description and study of the dialects of Bajram Curri, Dragobia, Cernica, Shoshani, Raja, Viçidol (Northeastern Albania). 2012-2013 - Field research and recordings of Paraliturgic Songs (Kalimere etc.) in 11 Arbëresh communities in Calabria. 2013 - September: Continuation in field research, with the acquisition of new recordings of sound and video materials, for the study of dialects of Bajram Curri, Dragobia, Cernica, Shoshani, Raja, Viçidol (Northeastern Albania). 1.4 Participation to Symposiums and Conferences G.
