Welcome to the Rally Principe de Asturias, reaching this year the golden jubilee in its 50th year, making this rally the oldest and most recognized in the Spanish rally championship. This renowned event runs along the roads from the Principality of Asturias, and it has the headquarters in the capital of the Region, Oviedo. This year, the Service Park and the special stages will be in Cangas del Narcea, a new route in the history of Prince, but with a great tradition in the motoring world, however this rally is the Asturias Rally, joining Oviedo and Cangas del Narcea, valleys and mountains, without forgetting the people’s hospitality and the richness of its culture and traditions. Its landscapes, beaches and exquisite cuisine, makes Asturias a Natural Paradise and for sure an unforgettable place. Its visitors will love to come back and learn more in depth, from the organization of the rally we will encourage to make it. They are more than a hundred thousand people watching a live Prince of Asturias rally, one more reason why we are trying to put all the necessary security measures for its normal development and exaltation of our sport. The Rally Principe de Asturias 2013 is because its route, one of the most selective race for the championships that takes part, the European Rally Cup in maximum coefficient, the Spanish Championship and Asturian Championship. This year with an importantACPA presence in Cangas de Narcea, in the southwest of Asturias, a natural treasure, without forgetting Oviedo, our capital and the headquarter and symbol of the Rally, with its unconditional support during the last years. On Friday, September 13th checks will be made, and start ceremony from the heart of Oviedo. On Saturday, September 14th will host the first stage, with 7 sections and nearly 140 miles of speed. On Sunday 15th of September, it will be held the 2nd stage with 4 passes to two different sections to complete the 200 km speed. Suzuki Swift Cup 2013. 4.2 Registration requirements Any licence holder who wishes to participate in the 50th Rally Principe de Asturias should send the registration form duly completed to the secretariat of ACPA. The form can be found at www.rallyprincipe.com The deadline for the acceptance of completed entries is Monday, 2th of September 2013, at 19:00. The maxim number for registration will be 100. Should the form be either faxed or emailed, the deadline for the original to reach the secretariat is Wednesday 4th of September 2013. The registration will only be valid if it’s complete in all its sections, duly signed and is accompanied of the following: - The registration fees, or a receipt issued by the ASN of the competitor. - A recent passport-sized photograph of each member of the team. - A photocopy of the homologation card of the vehicle entered, showing the number, group and engine size.
